/ppWhat you bring:/pulliAssociates degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field, and one (1) year related experience, Bachelors degree preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills and Abilities/pulliAbility to acquire proficiency in new software applications/liliProblem solving and troubleshooting skills/liliKnowledge of MS Excel and Word/liliKnowledge of operating systems, including AIX, Windows and Linux/liliKnowledge of networking and data communications/liliAbility to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends/li/ulpDuties and Responsibilities/ppUnder the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities.
Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned:/pulliProvide technical monitoring support for systems, including the following:/liliOperate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications.
/liliMonitor system processes via alert software and escalate accordingly.
/liliMonitor communications devices.
/liliCluster of IBM AIX servers for processing transactions/liliWindows servers hosting web applications/liliLinux servers hosting Intralot, Inc. software applications/liliOther miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
