Responsibilities Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Take premium payments from customers. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Return all phone messages promptly. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads&referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Develop and maintain client relationships. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Attend training and continuing education courses.
