Class and group management working with children is beneficial.
Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in preparing their orders
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Staying organized
Posting to social media
Creating engaging e-mails
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with children and adults
Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
understand social media
Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn.
A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.
