This is a hands-on role in a clean, climate-controlled facility specializing in tight-tolerance, low-volume work for industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliSet up and operate CNC OD/ID grinders (Studer, Kellenberger, etc.)/liliWork from blueprints and process sheets to achieve tight tolerances/liliInspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, and other precision instruments/liliPerform in-process checks and final inspections to ensure part quality/liliMaintain clean work area and follow safety protocols/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliExperience with CNC OD/ID grinding and holding tolerances within .0002/liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GDT/liliStrong attention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanship/liliWillingness to work 2nd shift hours and contribute to a small, skilled team/liliManual grinding experience is a plus/li/ulpThis is a great opportunity for a grinder who thrives on precision and wants to work on complex, one-off or small batch projects rather than high-volume production./ppInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer/p/div
