What Youll Do

As a Production Operator, youll play a key role in transforming raw materials into finished powder coatings. Youll work with modern equipment and processes including mixing, extrusion, cooling, and grinding to produce consistent, high-quality products ready for customer use.

Your day-to-day may include: Operating production equipment such as mixers, extruders, mills, and scales Accurately weighing and handling raw materials and finished products Monitoring equipment settings and documenting process readings Performing quality control checks and recording results Cleaning and maintaining equipment, including partial disassembly and reassemblySupporting team goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

What Were Looking For

Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery and hand tools Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, climbing, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Willingness to wear required PPE (respirators, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required with relevant experience)
