Knowledge of customer procurement portals and logistics documentation. Additional language skills or certifications in supply chain or customer service. Preferred education and experience: High school diploma or GED is required.Minimum of four years' customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or export setting. Other requirements: Ability to support and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including warehouses and carriers. Willingness to serve as a trainer under supervision to share best practices and enhance team capabilities.A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements.
