Due to increased project backlog and continued growth, they are actively looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to the team.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, procurement, and project documentation
Work closely with field teams, superintendents, estimators, and ownership groups
Oversee project budgets, change orders, forecasting, and client communication
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and overall execution strategy
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Ideal Background
3+ years of experience in mechanical project management, HVAC/project engineering, or related commercial construction experience
Experience managing commercial mechanical scopes preferred
Background in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, education, commercial, or large-scale facility projects is highly valued
Candidates with commercial estimating or preconstruction experience who are interested in transitioning into project management may also be considered
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $160K
Monthly vehicle allowance (~$500–$550/month)
