Fishman, Geller & Stepanian, LLP is seeking a reliable and organized Clerical / Administrative Assistant to join our office team.
This is an in-office position supporting our accounting and tax professionals with daily administrative and client service tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Scan, organize, and upload client documents
Prepare and assemble tax return packages
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Data entry and filing of confidential records
Assist with client follow-up regarding missing information and signatures
Maintain office organization and supply inventory
Support bookkeeping and administrative projects as needed
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
Experience in an accounting or tax office is a plus
Position Details
