Warehouse Operations Supervisor Automation Personnel Services is hiring a motivated

Warehouse Operations Supervisor

to lead daily operations for a dynamic logistics facility in Pasadena, TX. Pay Rate

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (must be able to work Overtime&Weekends) Warehouse Operations Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, including production, distribution, logistics planning, supply chain fulfillment, and inventory control

• Lead, hire, train, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a positive, professional, and high-performance team environment

• Manage daily workflow to ensure production and shipping goals are consistently met

• Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures

•Support hands-on operations as needed, including operating a forklift Warehouse Operations Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements • Proven, recent experience as an Operations or Warehouse Manager

• Minimum 3 years of 3PL (third-party logistics) experience required

• Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse/ERP systems

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes

• Ability to quickly adapt to company policies, procedures, and evolving operational needs • Background check and drug screen required Job Type Full-time, temporary
