As a Residential Lead HVAC Installer, you will take charge of full-system installations and ensure each project is completed with exceptional quality and professionalism. Job Duties: Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including: Gas/electric split systems Package units Heat pumpsDuctwork Ductless mini-split systems Floor and wall furnaces Lead installations from start to finish Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards Communicate clearly with customers and team members Maintain a clean and organized job site Demonstrate professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detailQualifications

5+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record Ability to run complete installations independently Strong adherence to safety practices and company standards Ability to read and write in English Excellent customer service and communication skills
