Opportunity Snapshot:

Compensation: $55-65.00/hour

Location: Bayport, TX

Work Schedule: 9/80 - 40 hours+

Assignment Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical and instrumentation systems

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts.

Prepare detailed electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise drawings.

Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and project specifications.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.

Ensure that all designs and documentation comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience required; 

Minimum of 8 years of experience in instrument/electrical design

Well versed in AutoCAD

Previous experience working in refinery or chemical plant environment required 

Strong working knowledge of P&ID’s, instrumentation design details, control loop preparation, location plans, control panel layout.

Ability to communicate and understand work issued by various disciplines and others involved in a project design

Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
