Security Officers / Dispatcher-Floater, Pearland

We are currently hiring dependable and professional individuals for Security Officer positions and ONE Dispatcher / Floater Officer position. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at various post locations while providing professional customer service and security presence.

The Dispatcher / Floater position includes office scheduling and dispatch responsibilities along with providing field coverage when needed.

This is an Independent Contractor position. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to maintain professionalism while working independently.

We are seeking individuals who are flexible, dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to properties and job sites
Conduct foot patrols and vehicle patrols
Observe and report suspicious activity
Respond to incidents and emergencies
Write daily activity and incident reports
Monitor surveillance systems and alarms
Maintain communication with supervisors and dispatch
Assist with scheduling and coverage coordination (Dispatcher/Floater position)
Provide coverage for open shifts and emergency call-outs when needed
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

Requirements

Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
Must have a working cellphone with reliable communication availability
Open and flexible availability strongly preferred
Must be willing to accept last-minute shift requests when available
Ability to travel to different job locations if needed, including after completing a shift
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Security, military, law enforcement, patrol, warehouse, or dispatch experience is a plus but not required
