Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. About Our Agency
Our office is located in Pasadena, TX. Our office is open 8-5 Monday - Friday; 9-122 Saturday. I am a second generation State Farm agent.
