A well-established dental practice in Pasco, WA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist. This practice features 8 operatories and is fully digital, equipped with a CBCT, intraoral cameras, and is set up for sedation. Started by Dr Corona in early 2000’s. 
8 total ops - 3 were used for OS with 2 ops set up for sedation. 
Fully digital: Dentrix, CBCT (Maxio), pano, intra oral cameras, no digital scanner or cerec.  Looking into a digital scanner for invisalign. 
50% FFS/50% PPO

Open to all skill levels but ideally can place implants, endo and sedation. 

2 full-time hygienist (non assisted, single column). 
Doctor will use 2 ops. 
Ideal hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 but will consider Monday-Thursday. 
No path to ownership but potential for equity in SDP (signature dental partners). 
Morning team huddle.
Team is close and tenured.  

Compensation: 
Daily guarantee 800-1000 or 35% collection minus 1/2 labs (which ever is higher). After labs come out, % comes out to about 31-32%. 
Hired as w2 with 1 year contract, 5 mile non-compete and 90 day notice. 

Collection rate for the past 6 months was 101.2%
Ideal daily production - $3500 (depends on if schedule is full)
Lab fee: 50% but they have a preferred lab with discounted rates including Invisalign.

Benefits:
Paid malpractice, medical, vision, dental, 401k - no match, CE allowance and signing bonus (not sure amount of bonus).  

Could have external mentorship with tenured support team..  
Will report to Dr. Chet Jenkin who is the CDO and co-founder of SDP.
Interview process is a call with Sarah (doctor recruiter) then RDO Kirstin Johnson then a practice visit.

Position is open due to a doctors leaving due to lack of patients. Office is working to increase patient flow to allow two full-time doctors (eventually).
