WFN HR Implementation SME, Bloomfield

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Practice .

Responsibilities:

Provide client-side implementation support for county government agency moving to ADP's WorkForceNow solution, supporting HR functions

Support setup of HR and benefits functions in WFN, reviewing discovery and configuration to provide consultative guidance

Attend project update calls, providing collaborative commuications to support client and ADP team objectives

Required Qualification(s):

ADP WorkForceNow implementation experience

Specific prior experience implementing HR in WFN in a public sector setting

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity , starting mid-July 2025 with an anticipated duration through 10/1/2025. There is a possibility of extension.

Level of Effort:

Part-time engagement, supporting 10-20 hours per week.

Work to be performed remotely. If somewhat local to Denver area, would like some onsite presence; but OK with remote otherwise.

Working Hours: Supporting Mountain Time Zone
