Administrative Office Assistant

to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining office efficiency, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office files.Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and correspondence as needed. Assist with data entry, database updates, and document management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies inventory. Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal staff. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
