/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pAssist in maintaining the general ledger, including preparing financial schedules, journal entries, and reviewing invoice coding.
/ppCoordinate the corporate close process for all companies, ensuring accurate monthly accruals.
/ppSupport Regional Accounting Offices Controllers in ensuring accurate accounting for new practices, including opening balance sheet adjustments.
/ppEnsure accuracy and completeness of various records and accounts, such as balance sheets, supporting details, and fixed assets records.
/ppManage the fixed asset system and depreciation calculations.
/ppReview monthly Practice Reporting Packages for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness.
/ppPrepare monthly consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
/ppProvide requested analyses and may act as a lead for junior accounting staff.
