Junior Accountant, East Rutherford

Grand SK Corporation is seeking a Junior Accountant to help manage core financial functions and ensure rigorous compliance with US GAAP, including: Prepare and maintain financial records and general ledgers in strict compliance with US GAAP and internal company policies.
Perform monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Support month-end and year-end closing cycles, including the preparation of journal entries and contributing to the timely generation of consolidated financial statements.
Utilize QuickBooks, Advanced Excel, and accounting software (e.g., IDEA or SAP) to perform aging and cutoff analyses.
Assist in the coordination of external audits by preparing schedules and documenting internal control exceptions.
Provide support for tax filings, including the preparation of schedules for corporate or individual returns and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Salary $97,406 per year.
