Warehouse Order Picker– Night Shift Location:

Clifton, NJ Rate:

$24.00 per hour Schedule:

Full-Time | Night Shift | 6:00 PM– 3:00 AM

Includes Two 30-Minute Breaks

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking

Warehouse Order Picker

to join our night shift team in Clifton, NJ. This position is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining productivity and accuracy during overnight operations.

Training Schedule:

All new hires will begin with a required training period on a temporary daytime schedule:

Training Hours:

9:00 AM– 6:00 PM

Once training is successfully completed, employees will transition to the regular night shift schedule of

6:00 PM– 3:00 AM

.

Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders based on pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Stage, organize, and prepare orders for shipping Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy Safely handle products and materials throughout the warehouse Assist with loading, unloading, and stock replenishment as neededMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Support inventory counts and general warehouse operations when needed Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications Previous warehouse picking or order fulfillment experience preferred Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Reliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Must be comfortable working overnight shifts
