Executive Assistant
Company: Wonder Meats Location: 454 20th Street, Carlstadt, NJ 07072 Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $70,000-$100,000/year Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership while serving as a centralized resource for critical day-to-day responsibilities. This role is designed to streamline processes that are currently dispersed across multiple team members by managing contracts, signature coordination, legal follow-ups, executive scheduling, payroll reporting, and other confidential administrative tasks.Manage and coordinate executive calendars and scheduling Prepare, organize, distribute, and track contracts and signature pages Follow up with attorneys and legal teams regarding pending contracts, documentation, and approvals Coordinate collection of signatures from various parties and ensure timely submission of completed agreementsMaintain organized records of executed contracts and related documents Assist with payroll reporting and other confidential administrative reporting tasks Handle sensitive projects and assignments requiring a higher level of discretion and clearance Serve as a central point of contact for executive administrative needsOrganizes onsite and offsite meetings Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Purchase and maintain office and company supplies as needed Coordinate travel arrangements Qualifications Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Experience coordinating multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision Preferred Skills Experience working with contracts, legal documentation, or executive-level support Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities Comprehensive Benefits: Comprehensive insurance benefits, including medical, dental, vision, ensuring financial security and well-being for employees and their families Time-off: Competitive time off including sick leave and site closures for selected holidays Corporate Discounts: Get discounts on travel, subscriptions and more!
