Role Overview
The EVP of Product is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsiblefor definingand leadingThrive'send-to-end product and platform strategy across Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Experience, Infrastructure, and AI-powered services.This leader will ownanend-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to roadmap, delivery, commercializationand in-life optimization, across our managed services and technology offerings.
This executive will transform a multi-acquisition services portfolio into a standardized, repeatable, high-margin platform — driving clarity in packaging, pricing, roadmap prioritization, vendor strategy, automation, and ServiceNow enablement.
This is a highly strategic and operationally rigorous role.
The EVP must bring structure, discipline, and platform thinking to a complex and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Portfolio Strategy
DefineThrive's3-year product vision aligned to revenue growth and EBITDA expansiontargets.
Rationalizeacquiredservice offerings into standardized, tiered, scalablepackages.
Establish clear product segmentation (core, advanced, AI-enabled, verticalized solutions)
Lead lifecycle management: build, enhance,sunset.
Continuously scan market, customer and competitive trends to inform strategy, identify new opportunities and proactively manage product innovation.
AI & Automation Monetization
Define andexecuteThrive'sAI-first services strategythat is tightly integrated into the product roadmap.
Identifyopportunities to embed AI and automation into existing and new offerings to improve outcomes (speed, quality, risk) and driveaccretiverevenue, margin expansion, or cost-to-serve improvement.
Productizeautomation and AI into revenue-generating offerings.
Defineand leadAI governance, internal enablement, and client-facing packagingfor AI and automation.
Partner with ServiceNow and key vendors to embed AI at the platform level.
MarginExpansion& Operational Leverage
Parter with Finance and Operations to define a clear margin improvement agenda across the product and services portfolio, with specific targets for gross marginand driving product-level margin visibility.
Improve gross margin throughvendor rationalization, tool consolidation, and thoughtful build/buy/partner decisions that simplify the stack and increase buying power.
Embed automation into workflows and service deliver to reduce manual effort, improvequality and consistency, and expand labor efficiency without compromising customer outcomes.
Design offerings that are operationally scalable, standardized architectures, repeatable implementation patterns, and well-defined service tiers so that growth translates into expanded margins rather than linear cost increase.
Integration & Standardization
Establisha standardproduct integration playbook for acquisitions.
Rapidly assessacquiredproducts and services for strategic fit, overlap, technical health, customerimpactand financial performance, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Lead Day ***** product harmonization roadmap, defining which offerings to keep, enhance, sunset or migrate, and in what sequence and timeline.
Eliminateduplicative tools and service fragmentation.
Ensure integration decisions balance growth and churn risk.
Ensure that each acquisition strengthens, rather than fragments, the overall platform and portfolio, driving toward a more standardized, and margin-accretive product set over time.
Customer & Marketing -GTM Alignment
Deeplyunderstandcustomer segments, personas, and journeys across our core industries, ensure voice-of-the customer and frontline feedback are systematically fed into product decisions.
Partner with CRO and Marketing to:
Simplifymessaging.
Align packaging andpricing.
Enable sales with clear valuepropositions.
Support verticalized offerings (Financial Services, Healthcare, PE portfolio companies, etc.)
Support strategic customer engagements, renewals, and large pursuits by articulating our product roadmap, differentiation, and value proposition.
Product Governance & Operating Model
Implementand enforce a structured productroadmap,governanceframeworkand operating model.
Establishprioritizationframeworkthatbalancecustomer value, revenue impact, strategicfitand operational feasibility – focusing onROI andavalue creationplan.

Champion cross-functional leadership and partnerclosely with COO, CTO, CRO,CMO,CFO, and CPO.
Model executive presence with customers, analysts,partnersand the Board, serving as the voice of the product strategy and market vision.
Experience
15+ years in product leadershipincluding 7+ years in senior strategic leadership roleswithin:
Managed Services
SaaS
Cybersecurity
Cloud platforms
Experience scaling multi-entity or acquisition-driven platforms.
Demonstrated success in creating clear product strategies, roadmaps and investment cases and driving themthrough toexecution.
Deep experience translating customer and market insight into differentiated offerings and successful commercial outcomes.
Proventrack recordof improving gross margin via productdiscipline.
AI and automation strategy experiencestronglypreferred.
Experience working in PE-backed or high-growth environmentspreferred.

Comfortable driving change in complex environments
Base Salary Range: $250K -$260K (bonus eligible)
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
