Position Title: Paralegal

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 / Year DOE

Paralegal Responsibilities: Assist with land use documentation and transactional processes Support the management of approximately 60 cases, primarily in land use Maintain calendars and track application milestones Coordinate mailings for hearings and filing applications Collaborate with other board secretaries on various tasksParalegal Requirements:

Must have 2-3+ years of land use experience Experience in transactional work, particularly leasing or contracts, is preferred BA Degree is preferred 5+ years of experience is preferred Benefits:
