Qualifications

1+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage cases effectively and communicate confidently with clients Experience with civil litigation, liability matters, or dispute resolution is a plus Licensed and in good standing in New JerseyResponsibilities

Assist with all phases of litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Participate in depositions, hearings, and case strategy discussions Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Collaborate with attorneys on case management and litigation strategyWhat’s Offered
