Logistics Broker, Fair Lawn

Ultra Logistics, a leader in domestic truckload transportation and carrier management, is looking for qualified and ambitious individuals to become a part of a growing team.
Now, sales experience is required, but you do not need prior experience working at a brokerage firm.
You do not need your own customers, we provide you with the customers, and you simply find and build relationships with carriers to reliably transport our customers' freight.
What we need from you!
You will need phone skills and not just the ability say "Hello" and "Good-bye", but the ability to be a negotiator, counselor, and a human lie detector, as needed.
We value and need our customers, but without reliable and honest carriers, let's face it, we would have to hand carry our customers freight and our customers definitely don't want that, and most of us don't want it either.
You need to have the ability to sell, but not just give out a price and haggle, but actually close the sale and get results.
