Exciting opportunity working for a pharmaceutical company in Union, NJ, is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Process product invoices and product purchases in a timely and accurate manner.
Analyze and resolve billing related issues.
Develop relationships with third party vendors as a representative of the company.
Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of accounting experience
Skilled in the use of MS Excel
SAP experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills.
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
Job Highlights:
$26 an hour DOE
Temp to perm
On-site 5 days a week
