Tax Manager, Parsippany, NJ

Kforce's client, a growing regional mid-size CPA firm in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Tax Manager. There is a track to becoming a Partner. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation/review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
• Preparation/review of high-net-worth individual returns
• Review of C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
• Review of complex individual returns
• Will research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
• Identify tax planning opportunities
• Handle and resolve tax controversies
• Training and supervision of staff

• 5 + years of public accounting tax experience for mainly corporations and Partnerships; Individual tax experience is a big plus
• Prior experience in managing and leading teams, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
• Proficient project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills
