Senior Recruitment Associate needed for a 6-month contract in Paramus, NJ. This is an on-site position only. 3 years of experience required. NO VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED. Competitive rate of pay.
The Senior Recruitment Associate will play a hands-on role in managing recruitment activities, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting key HR operational tasks including onboarding, vendor coordination, purchase order (PO) setup, and payment processing. This position is ideal for someone with strong recruiting coordination experience who is looking to expand their exposure across Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions
Partner with hiring managers and HR team members throughout the hiring process
Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms
Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate candidate communications
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Support recruitment reporting, metrics, and talent pipeline tracking
Help drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
HR Operations & Team Support
Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Support HR programs, employee activities, and special projects
Assist with Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and processing
Coordinate vendor invoices and payment submissions
Partner with Finance and Procurement teams on vendor and payment-related activities
Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies within HR operations
Assist with additional HR initiatives and projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking/HR systems.
Experience supporting recruitment and HR operational processes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
