We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently by providing administrative, operational, and clerical support to leadership and internal teams.
Responsibilities:• Manage daily office operations, including calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination • Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, maintaining a professional and responsive presence • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation (both electronic and physical)• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with internal communications • Order and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general facility needs • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, expense reporting, and data entry • Support onboarding andadministrative HR functions as needed (new hire paperwork, employee records, etc.)• Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and team activities • Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support to leadership
Qualifications:• 2+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or similar systems• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Self-starter with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
