Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Low Voltage Operations Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the low-voltage, construction, or operations field. Training will be provided. This position plays a key role in helping keep projects organized, materials prepared, and communication flowing between the office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Support - Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation system troubleshooting for customers - Help support project coordination and job tracking. - Communicate with internal teams as needed - Assist with general office organization.

Operations Support - Provide general support to operations and office teams. - Follow established procedures and safety guidelines. - Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bilingual required - No prior experience required; construction, warehouse, or office exposure is a plus. - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, File Management, Data Entry) - Strong attention to detail and organization. - Reliable transportation and punctuality required.- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
