Create work orders, and dispatch service technicians.
You also follow up after services are complete to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
In addition to keeping customers happy, you also help with sorting and distributing mail.
Completing invoicing, processing payments, handling accounts payable, running reports.
Tracking employees' daily time, and updating software with details regarding material, equipment, and expense orders.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills.
