Job Full Description

Job Summary:

• Understand GMPs and SOPs associated with area and refers to them on a daily basis. • Verify all ingredients on Batch Production Record. • Ensure raw material has been released by Quality Assurance, has not expired, and is not contaminated. • Accurately scoops and weighs powder as per Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) and Batch Production Record (BPR) in required

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately record and keep production records and logs.• Accurately record necessary information on BPRs. • Notes and reports any SOP/GMP deviations to Quality Assurance Manager or President. • Must be detail oriented and be able to follow very specific instructions. • Screening material through screens, and magnets when needed, during scooping process.• Flexible and willing to change schedule in order to meet production needs as well as cross-train with other departments as needed. Responsible for pre weighing, pre blend and standard blend of various products.
