We are seeking a skilled and driven
Forge Supervisor with hands-on experience in Drop Forge and Screw Press operations
to lead our production team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality forging operations while developing a strong and engaged workforce.
What You'll Do Lead daily operations across drop forge, screw press, saw, grinding, and inspection areas Plan and coordinate production to meet output targets and delivery schedules Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing hourly team Monitor production performance and report daily metricsEnsure all forging processes meet strict quality and process standards Inspect dies, presses, and work-in-process; identify issues and drive corrective actions Support and manage tooling, dies, and forging parameters Train and onboard new employees in forging operations Set work schedules and optimize productivityParticipate in technical reviews of forging processes and improvements Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance at all times Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles Support special projects and operational improvements Required Experience
Hands-on experience with Drop Forge and/or Screw Press operations is REQUIRED Strong understanding of forging processes, die handling, heating, and metal flow Experience troubleshooting forging defects and production challenges What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred OR
High School Diploma + 5+ years of experience in a forging/manufacturing environment Prior supervision experience, preferred Proven leadership experience in a forge shop or heavy manufacturing setting Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with tooling and process optimization Six Sigma knowledge is a plus Why Join Us?

The range of pay for this role is $95,000 to $115,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
