It is comprised of three industry-leading businesses which, combined, provide end-to-end solutions across the investment lifecycle.Overview of the Intermediate Support, Production Control This role supports day-to-day production activities across Post-Sale, Hand Fulfillment, and Regulatory Cell operations. This role ensures tasks are completed accurately and efficiently by following established standard operating procedures and quality standards. This person interprets job instructions and production reports to execute fulfillment activities, operates within a structured production environment, and works independently on routine assignments while escalating issues as needed. This role also contributes to overall operational efficiency and provides support across functions to meet business needs.Duties and the Responsibilities of the Intermediate Support, Production Control Execute picking, packing, insertion, and mail preparation per job specifications Read and verify production reports, job instructions, and materials before execution Operate equipment (postage meters, folding and cutting machines) for fulfillmentPerform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify and escalate production issues, discrepancies, or equipment concerns Support inventory tracking, mail sorting, and other operational needs as required Skills and Experience of the Intermediate Support, Production Control 2+ years of experience in production, fulfillment, or operations environmentsProven attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures Ability to read and interpret job instructions and production reports Basic experience operating production or mail-processing equipment Good organizational, time management, and problem-identification skills High school diploma or equivalent required
