We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator. This role is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality clutch components while meeting production timelines and quality standards. $16.00/hr. to start. Apply today! CNC Operator Details: Temporary position $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both) efficiently and safelyRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T symbols Monitor machining processes and make basic adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Maintain consistent quality and adherence to specifications Meet daily production goals and deadlines Keep work area clean and organized CNC Operator Qualifications:Experience operating CNC machinery (mills, lathes, or both) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
