Job Title: Electrical Engineer Power Electronics (x2)

Onsite Requirement: 100% Onsite

Overview:

A leading industrial and energy solutions company is seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers to support the design and validation of power electronics systems, including bi-directional power inverters, BEV chargers, and DC converters. This is a lab-intensive role requiring technical depth, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with design and validation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform validation testing for power inverters and charging systems in a lab setting.

Develop and execute detailed test plans; create comprehensive test reports documenting results and recommendations.

Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and validation teams focused on electrification and alternative energy initiatives.

Analyze and interpret test data to support system improvements and ensure reliability.

Assist in the integration of electrical conversion systems into broader product platforms.

Participate in both hands-on lab work and office-based engineering design activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree: AS, BS, or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Hands-on experience with power inverters, DC converters, and high-voltage systems.

Familiarity with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.

Solid understanding of electrical circuits and power electronics testing methodologies.

Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in electrification projects for industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment applications.

Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures and lab best practices.

Exposure to test automation and data acquisition systems is a plus.
