Job Title: Systems Engineer Cellular Networks & Video Streaming

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in cellular networks and video streaming technologies to join our engineering team in Mossville, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in systems design, validation, and C++ development, and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance video streaming systems over cellular infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage system requirements and test plans for connectivity systems.

Support validation and verification activities for connectivity sub-systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video streaming solutions into existing cellular and networking platforms.

Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high-quality video delivery.

Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to engineering teams.

Develop and maintain system-level designs and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.

Experience developing detailed and conceptual designs based on system requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to execute complex engineering assignments.

Proficiency in C++ programming.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in network design and connectivity systems.

Familiarity with video streaming protocols and performance tuning.

Practical hands-on skills with embedded systems or networking hardware.

Knowledge of Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and cellular technologies.

Experience in requirements management and tools like DOORS or similar.

Effective communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
