Who This Role Is For
An experienced professional with 5+ years in engineering, including 3+ years in product management or marketing.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate (or related field) with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Someone passionate about product excellence, continuous improvement, and keen attention to detail.
An effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A candidate adept at working in fast-paced, cross-functional product development environments.
What Youll Do
Oversee product design, detailing, prototyping, and testing for new and enhanced products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage products from concept to commercial release.
Ensure manufacturability of designs and seamless introduction to production with Operations.
Establish product specifications, material standards, and testing requirements.
Provide technical support for quality standards, certifications, and customer inquiries.
Research new technologies to maintain industry leadership.
Manage product lifecycle activities including SKU creation and Bills of Material.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management or product marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory codes/standards and product compliance.
Ability to travel up to 35% as required.
Preferred: PE/PEng or EIT accreditation.
Preferred: Knowledge of Water and Telecommunication industries.
Preferred: Detailed mechanical knowledge of industrial plumbing/mechanical systems.
Preferred: AutoCAD drafting capabilities and Lean Manufacturing experience.
