Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, must be 21 years of age or older, must have a valid Illinois drivers license for three consecutive years, must have a valid and appropriate CDL driver license with passenger endorsement, must have a valid Illinois state school bus permit.
Drivers serving as substitute drivers who drive at least fifty (50) routes are eligible for the following hiring bonus.
$1,000 - if you are ready to drive with no additional training or licensing ($500 paid after 60 day probationary period, $500 paid at the end of the school year) $500 - if you are not licensed and need to be trained ($250 paid after training and 60 day probationary period, $250 paid at the end of the school year) dont have a CDL?
The district will reimburse you to get one!
