Psychologist Position

Job specifics include: Collaborate within a large, highly skilled interdisciplinary behavioral health team dedicated to patient care. Provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other care team members to support integrated behavioral health. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with OSF standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality-improvement initiatives. Offer consultation to medical staff regarding behavioral health needs and treatment recommendations. Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed. This is a salaried position, non productivity based pay model, eligible for annual increases and market rate adjustments. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Annual team award up to 10% of your base pay!The OSF community has been recognized on the Forbes list of Best Employers by State for six years in a row. Required qualifications include: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited program. Current Illinois psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe).Experience providing psychological assessment and therapy in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Commitment to patient-centered, mission-driven care aligned with OSF values. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in integrated primary care, hospital-based psychology, or specialty behavioral health.Familiarity with EPIC and interdisciplinary care models.
