Production Lead Overnight, Manor, TX

Autimotive Team Lead to motivate & train a high-performing automotive inspection team.

The Focus:

• Drive customer satisfaction & guide personnel

• Ensure all company & customer quality guidelines are upheld
• Must have prior production & lead experience

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 6 PM - 4:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed 

• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (ie: audits) 

• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors  • Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor 

• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs • Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/ Supervisor, for issues pertaining to  process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills 

• Manage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed • Work as an inspector when required 

• Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies • Comply with all company and site specific customer policies 

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
