Customer Service Representative / DispatcherSchedule:Multiple shifts available!
Including Mon-Fri daytime shifts and Wednesday to Saturday 7 pm-5 am shifts.
As well as 12 hour shifts, which will provide overtime pay.Our Client, a highly established leading construction company, works to design, build, transport, operate and maintain projects all over North America.We are looking for a full- time (Contract to Hire) Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher to join their team.The Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher is responsible for assigning work as well as answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers' requirements are metHandle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurateHandle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication between teamsComplete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurateCreation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching)Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence outcomesAbility to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skillsNo cover letters are required.Interviews are taking place right away so apply with your resume today!
