Job Description Job Description HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician We are currently seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone with 1–4 years of field experience who is dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently while continuing to grow in the trade.
A company service van will be provided.
Technician must provide their own tools.
Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues Leak check, pressure test, evacuate, and charge refrigeration systems Follow EPA guidelines and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete service work efficiently and accurately Requirements 1–4 years of HVAC/Refrigeration field experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude Required Tools Technicians must have their own: Hand tools Electrical meter Refrigeration gauges/manifold Vacuum pump Recovery machine Leak detector Torch rig Nitrogen regulator/manifold Oxygen and acetylene setup What We Provide Company service van Ongoing work and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Training opportunities for the right candidate Screening Questions How many years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience do you have?
