Description
Support Lauren Concrete by providing a "World Class Experience" within Customer Service Department.
Dispatching of trucks in accordance with customer needs including scheduling and order-taking as needed.
Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and delivery productivity.
Job-Specific Functions
Ensure compliance of company safety regulations and policies
Dispatch trucks in accordance with customer needs.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Communicate with customers, plant operators and truck drivers.
Coordinate scheduling with customer service representatives and operations
Efficiently and productively allocate resources across the day.
Other Functions
Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others.

Computer Skills: Experience with CommandBatch, CommandConcrete (dispatch), CommandOptimization, and TrackIt is preferred.
Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook).

Education/Experience
One year of dispatching and customer service or similar or related experience.
Valid State of Texas driver's license required along with a "violation-free" Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
