Administrative Assistant, Traverse City

We are seeking a candidate to assist with real estate transactions. Job duties will include but are not limited to answering and directing phone calls, scheduling closings, order entry, collecting tax information, setting for and clearing closings, bank deposits and deliveries. Candidate must have great organizational skills and maintain good records. Candidate must comply with regulatory requirements and be willing to participate in educational opportunities, such as webinars, professional meetings, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participate in professional organizations and demonstrate a willingness to help in all areas. Ideal candidate will possess a desire to grow with our company. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Position will be in our Traverse City office, but on occasion may require them to assist in our Suttons Bay location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
