Job Title: Integrated Logistics Specialist (Assistant)

Qualifications:

• Basic Import Trade Compliance and trade regulations knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Auditing experience within an import and/or trade compliance area
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaboration, inclusion, and customer support skills
• Proficient in English with effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Responsibilities:

• Perform a 2nd level audit on US and PR Customs import filed entries
• Ensure trade compliance with US Customs regulations and site regulations
• Interface with management, internal and external customers
• Retrieve post-entry documentation in a timely manner
• Conduct timely and accurate auditing to maintain compliance
• Consolidate import documents for electronic recordkeeping
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks within the department as required

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Auditing background
• 2-3 years of import compliance or logistics experience, preferably in pharmaceutical products, chemicals, or other regulated commodities
• Familiarity with global trade management systems such as SAP GTS or similar databases
