Bachelors degree in Accounting required

Proficiency in

Accounts Payable / Accounting Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills
Internship or previous experience in accounting or accounts payable
Familiarity with accounting software (Spectrum or similar)
Accounts Payable / Accounting Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Process and enter vendor invoices and documentation accurately
Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts for approval
Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and **** information
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end accounting processes and project cost tracking
Maintain organized accounting files and communicate with internal teams regarding invoice approvals and coding
