Responsibilities include using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, bilingual English - Spanish, proven experience working as a financial services representative, excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, and licensed in Life and Health Insurance.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
