Technical Developer

Duration: 6 Months Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Schedule: Hybrid now, but potentially it can become full time in the office, 40 hours. Job Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Interview Process: Start with Virtual and then in Person Client Global Legal Operations is seeking a talented and experienced software developer to join our team as a Technical Developer. A successful candidate will combine technical expertise with the industry's best practices to develop applications and process changes for new and existing functionality. A successful candidate will demonstrate passion for technology, collaboration, and problem solving, and will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels throughout the organization.Responsibilities

Provide support and maintenance for all Legal Operations applications. Develop new solutions or enhancements to existing solutions. Provide technical support to our user base. Create and maintain integration between Legal applications and other Client systems. Conduct testing and reviewing to validate solutions for functionality and efficiency.Maintain good documentation for all support processes and throughout the development and implementation phases. Qualifications

5+ years of experience with application development preferred. Ability to program in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.). Demonstrated ability to build solutions with a focus on performance, reusability, and maintenance. Strong technical writing capabilities, including the ability to produce documentation on changes which clearly explain design decisions.Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Problem solving mindset, including delivering creative solutions to complex challenges. Experience with Onit or other workflow platform preferred. VBA or Liquid experience a plus.Education/Experience

5+ years of experience with application development preferred.
