Litigation Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)
Lansdale, PA (Montgomery County) | Full-Time

A growing law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of personal injury experience to handle a full caseload from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with real courtroom exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of your cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage personal injury cases (auto, premises, general liability) from discovery through trial
• Take and defend depositions (clients, witnesses, experts)
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions (including summary judgment)
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings
• Develop case strategy and work closely with senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience
• Trial experience or trial exposure preferred
• Ability to manage cases independently
