Our Walters & Wolf, Precast Company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Project Designer in Fremont, California. Successful candidates will possess the following responsibilities:

Project Designer I (PD I) is an individual who possesses basic 3D modeling experience and basic working knowledge of drafting techniques and presentation. Also, an individual who is in this position should be able to work in a collaborative environment, be self-motivated, manage time effectively, and be driven to succeed.

Responsibilities of a successful Project Designer I consist of but are not limited to:

Annotating Drawings

o Dimensioning

o Annotation Tags

o Title Blocks

o Detail Tracking Sheets

Create Views, Layouts, Sheets, Schedules, Assemblies using Revit

o Elevations, Floor Plans, Wall Sections

o Details

o Production Drawings

o Project Browser Management

Publishing

o Drawings

o Model

o Publishing Model to BIM360

Downloading and linking files

Modeling

o Modeling as assigned under PE II supervision

Hardware Orders

o Filling Out Order Sheets

o Create Revit schedules to report quantities

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associates degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

· 0-2 Years? experience in Revit (All versions)

· 0-2 Years? experience creating/annotating drawings

· Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)

· Working knowledge of PDF Editing software (Bluebeam, Adobe, etc.)
